Tuition & Fees



To maintain the quality of Step One’s programs and operations, tuition costs are evaluated yearly by the Board of Directors, and set by May for the following academic year. 

The following amounts are for the 2013-2014 school year.  All tuition rates given are per month, and vary depending on specific schedule.

Other Expenses:

Extended Care – Before school care is offered starting at either 8am or 8:30am, and after school care is offered from 5:30pm to 6pm.  Drop-in extended care is also available.

Annual Materials Fee – Varies per program

Annual Capital Fund Fee - $110

Annual Emergency Preparedness Fee - $90

Annual Campaign – Step One School places a significant value on attracting and maintaining a student body of children with diverse backgrounds and means.  In the Fall, we kick off our Annual Fundraising campaign which raises money for financial aid, and we strive to achieve 100% current family participation.  All contributions to this fund are tax deductible.

Parent Participation – We encourage parents to actively participate in their child’s school experience.  Each family is asked to contribute a minimum number of volunteer hours every year.
